Fuels for all internal combustion machines and engines are a complex mixture of various petroleum, petrochemical and chemical products that when blended together conform to a particular specification as well as conforming to various physical and environmental obligations.
This is true for gasoline, diesel, jet fuel, gasoil, bunker fuel and the like. How those fuels are created is similar to a bar mixologist, creating a favorite drink. And, whether it is done within a refinery complex or through various tanks in an independent bulk liquid storage tank farm, the process is the same; mixing various products and additives to secure the physical requirements at the best possible cost.

For Blenders, this means helping to source components that will bring added value to their operation.
For Component producers, this means finding the perfect client for their products to ensure the best return. This assistance can be a one-off involvement for a specific situation or a long-term cooperation.
As a consultancy, the service of CPC is partnered with its clients via a brokerage agreement on any successful contract (buy/sell) completion.
CPC also has dedicated and experienced operational staff to assist and ensure that all the issues of a concluded agreement are smoothly arranged. This covers everything from drafting a recapitulation of the agreement through to providing assistance on the execution of the contract and any issues that might arise after conclusion of the contract (e.g., demurrage).

This has covered everything from sophisticated to base Petrochemicals, refinery intermediates to finished fuels, and the blending of gasoline and bunker fuels. During the past 30 years, our experts have specialized in the European market for blending components for gasoline with ancillary experience in the heavier fuels market. We have been recognized as leaders in the field.
